PAC is short for Political Action Committee, and in US politics, it describes an organization that forms to raise and distribute funds to support candidates running for political office.

The No More 24 PAC will support candidates in New York City elections who support a vision for a city where our communities and workers are protected. The New York City Council needs a new leader who puts people first and has the courage to stand up to sweatshop bosses and big real estate. Toward this end, the No More 24 PAC aims to support Christopher Marte to be the next Speaker of the City Council.
